- How do I get an email address from you?

If you want an f2s email address, these are free if you log into your members area and choose one in the email section.
If you want an email address at your own domain name or business address then you will need to order the corresponding domain and email for it.
- I already have an email address, can you host it?

If the email address is at your own domain name and you transfer that domain to us, then the answer is yes.
You would need to order domain and email hosting from us.

- I have my own mail server. Can you provide an SMTP delivery back up?

Yes. An SMTP feed can be ordered from the domain section of your members area.
You can manage the destination address for your SMTP feed online.
If you need a static IP address for your mail server these are supplied with your adsl connection.
- What kind of anti-spam/virus protection do you provide?

We also use SPF to reduce spoof emails.

The anti-virus email protection is updated hourly, messages with virus attachments will be deleted and will not be delivered to the email account.
These are quite effective at reducing spam, although some still gets through (this can never be avoided).

- Can I use more than 20 email addresses?

For each email package, the number of email accounts at any one time is limited to 20.
If you need more these can be ordered by fax after the initial email order. Raise a ticket to sales for further details.
Payment and Contract Terms - How is email hosting renewed?
|
Email hosting is renewed annually if the service has not been cancelled online. We raise invoices for annual hosting renewal 4 weeks before the next billing date to aid continuity of service.
- How do I cancel my email service?
|
You can cancel your email service from the billing section of your Members Area. Cancelling online stops your service being renewed. If you have just paid a renewal and want to cancel and the hosting year it relates to has not yet started it is not too late to cancel and get a refund.
