Engineering completed work successfully to our core router (ar11.hx4) during the early hours of this morning.

After completing work successfully on 19/10/2006 to one of our core routers.

We will be undertaking maintenance work on our other core router (ar11.hx4). This will commence in the early hours on Thursday 26/10/06 between 01:00 - 06:00. This will result in some users being disconnected and reconnect to our other core router.

Once this maintenance work has been completed we will then work to re-balance our core routers.

If you have issues connecting once work has been completed please ensure you reboot your ADSL equipment before contacting support.
