In recent months we have found that a large customer base has been affected by SORBS black listing.

SORBS believe to have identified a pool of 8000 F2S IP addresses to be dynamic and have refused emails from these users.

These IP addresses are in fact static addresses and have been wrongly identified.

If you use your own mail server then to get round this issue temporarily, please use the Freedom2Surf outgoing mail server as a smart host. The address to use for this is: outmail.f2s.com

We are working to try resolve these issues and are aware of the implications this means for our customers.
