Step 1:
Double click the outlook express icon on your desktop or launch it from the programs menu option.
Step 2:
Click the tools menu option and click accounts.
Step 3:
Click on Add then click on Mail.
Step 4:
Enter the name you want to appear in the from box in outgoing mail.Click next.
Step 5:
Enter your email address, ie johnsmith@f2s.com. Click next.
Step 6:
6a. Incoming mail server will be your email address with everything up to and including the @ replaced with "inmail."
ie: youremail@f2s.com would become inmail.f2s.com
ie: youremail@yourdomain.com would become inmail.yourdomain.com
6b. Outgoing mail server will be your email address with everything up to and including the @ replaced with "outmail."
ie: youremail@f2s.com would become outmail.f2s.com
ie: youremail@yourdomain.com would become outmail.yourdomain.com. Click next.
Step 7:
7a. Account name: Type in your email address replacing all symbols with dashes.
ie: youremail@f2s.com would become youremail-f2s-com
ie: youremail@yourdomain.com would become youremail-yourdomain-com
7b. Enter your email password. Click next.
Step 8:
Click finish.
