Step 1:
Double click the Outlook icon on your desktop or launch it from the programs menu option. Click the tools menu
option and click on email accounts.
Step 2:
Click on Add a new e-mail account and then click next.
Step 3:
Click on POP3 and then click next.
Step 4:
User Information: Enter your name and email address.
Logon Information:
User name: Type in your email address replacing all symbols with dashes.
ie: youremail@f2s.com would become youremail-f2s-com
Password: You chose this when creating your email address in our members area.
Server Information:
Incoming mail server (POP3): Your email address with everything up to and including the @ replaced with "inmail."
ie: youremail@f2s.com would become inmail.f2s.com
ie: youremail@yourdomain.com would become inmail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Your email address with everything up to and including the @ replaced with "outmail."
ie: youremail@f2s.com would become outmail.f2s.com
ie: youremail@yourdomain.com would become outmail.yourdomain.com. Click next.
Step 5:
Click finish.
