Adsl sdsl - stale sessions

We are currently experiencing high call volumes from our broadband customer base and are working with our network support teams to find a possible cause. Please note that we are treating this as a high priority and will further update this message when more information is available to us. We can advise that in some cases where we have suggested customers reboot their ADSL router equipment the service has started to work once again, so please reboot your equipment before talking to support. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Raised by: Antonio Gonzalezon 2010-03-11 08:31:47

We are seeing a number of customers with stale sessions in the BT network. If you are unable browse or have problems connecting to the internet please power down your router for at least 30 minutes.

If after 30 minutes you still experiencing the same problem please contact our support team but be aware that at the moment the waiting time is around 30 minutes.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Raised by: Antonio Gonzalezon 2010-03-11 09:58:17

The issue of stale sessions should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing connectivity issues after you have powered down your router/modem for a minimum of 30 minutes please contact support for further assistance. We apologies the interruption in service.
Raised by: Richard Cawson 2010-03-11 18:19:26
